This is a lovely cottage with its own garden in a peaceful country setting 4 miles from Thurso and 18 miles from John O’Groats. It is warm, spacious and well-equipped, with panoramic views - a superb centre for exploring the far north and for day trips to Orkney. Children are welcome, a cot is provided, but we regret no pets. There are sandy beaches, puffins and seals, Scottish primrose, ancient cairns, flow country, 3 golf courses, salmon and trout fishing, all nearby. It is 20 minutes to The Castle of Mey. The property sleeps 4 and is STB graded 4 star.
